Just because you're staying home, doesn't mean you can't have a taste of the tropics! Sometimes it's hard to find a perfectly ripe mango, but you can usually find bottled mango juice or mango nectar at the grocery store. If you're in need of a little change of pace, check out these easy cocktails/mocktails.
Mango Sparkler
Mix 1 part mango juice and 2 parts sparkling wine, cava, or champagne, and stir!
Mango Spritzer (Non-alcoholic)
Mix 1 part mango juice and 1 part seltzer/carbonated water. If desired, add a splash of lime or lemon juiced (bottled or freshly squeezed).
Mango Creamsicle
If you like Piña coladas . . . you'll love this dessert drink!
Add 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of mango juice, 2 ounces (1/4 cup) vodka, and 4 - 5 ice cubes to your blender. Blend until smooth. (Add a splash of water and blend for 15 seconds more if you want a thinner consistency.)
One juice, three drinks. Cheers!
